INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE STAY IS:

water consumption

wood for the stove and outdoor fireplace

bedding

kitchen detergents, dishwasher tablets, dish towels

liquid soap, disinfectant

rental of cots and chairs

Only electricity (5,- CZK/ 1 kWh) and holiday fees to the municipality (10,-/night/adult) are extra

The property is handed over in the same condition as it was taken over. 

Operational cleaning between tours is provided by the accommodation provider.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Your booked date is booked after a deposit of 50% of the stay price, or a date for which the 10-day pre-booking period expires. The rest of the agreed price is payable two weeks before the start of the stay.

In case of cancellation 31 days prior to the planned stay after the deposit has been paid, we apply a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the stay. For cancellations 14 days or less before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 100% of the stay.

A refundable deposit of 5.000,-CZK will be collected prior to arrival to cover any damages caused by you.
